目的探讨铁路站(区)车流通领域可携带食品卫生安全状况。方法对2009—2010年度武汉路局卫生监督所襄樊分所辖区内车站超市、站台售货、旅客列车上销售和集贸市场中的销售的凉拌菜等共8类食品进行了卫生质量检测,并进行统计分析。结果两年的总合格率及同一类食品两年合格率之间的差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05)。不合格指标主要是微生物,其次是食品添加剂超标;散装食品的不合格率明显高于定型包装食品,差异有统计学意义(χ2=24.474,P=0.001<0.05)。结论开展食品卫生监测是保证食品卫生质量、防止食品污染和有毒有害因素危害人体健康的重要手段。
Objective To explore the hygienic and safe situation of portable food in the circulation of railway stations (districts). Methods The health quality of eight categories of foods such as supermarket chains, platform sales, sales of passenger trains and cold vegetables sold in the market of bazaars in Wuhan Branch of Wuhan Administration of Health Administration in 2009-2010 were tested for hygiene quality. conduct statistical analysis. The unqualified indicators were mainly microorganisms, followed by excessive food additives. The unqualified rate of bulk food was significantly higher than that of shaped packaged food (χ2 = 24.474, P = 0.001 <0.05). Conclusion Carrying out food hygiene monitoring is an important means to ensure the quality of food hygiene, to prevent food contamination and toxic and harmful factors from endangering human health.
