对于应用型高校而言,应当首先从学生的就业市场的需求端了解企业对于学生的基本素养和核心能力的要求,从而根据这些要求有针对性地制定符合市场需求的应用型人才培养方案,由此进行有的放矢的教学改革,解决学与用的不匹配的弊端。通过企业反馈的信息,探讨对于现行的营销专业教学计划和培养方式调整的方向和可行性,进而绘制符合行业对于学生基本素养和核心能力的需求的课程地图,使学生可以基于行业特定的需求有针对性地规划自己的未来职业生涯发展路线图。
