目的 观察脂肪负荷餐后富含甘油三酯的脂蛋白 (TRL)和红细胞聚集性的动态变化。 方法 5 0名飞行员分为试验组和对照组 ,每组 2 5人 ,试验组在定量进食早餐的基础上加服脂肪负荷餐 ;对照组仅定量进食早餐。空腹及餐后 3和 8h各测定甘油三酯 (TG)和高密度脂蛋白 -胆固醇(HDL- C)水平 ,同时测定 4项红细胞参数和 4项红细胞聚集参数。 结果 与空腹水平相比 ,试验组餐后 3h TG升高、HDL- C降低 (P<0 .0 1)。餐后 8h TG恢复至空腹水平 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,但 HDL- C未升至空腹水平 (P<0 .0 1)。与空腹测定值相比 ,试验组餐后 3和 8h红细胞比容和 4项红细胞聚集参数增高 (P<0 .0 1或 P<0 .0 5 )。对照组空腹、餐后 3和 8h上述指标差异无显著性意义 (P>0 .0 5 )。 结论 脂肪负荷餐后在高 TG/低 HDL- C血症的同时 ,存在红细胞聚集力增强 ,延续时间更长。
Objective To observe the dynamic changes of postprandial triglyceride-enriched lipoprotein (TRL) and erythrocyte aggregation during fat load. Methods Fifty pilots were divided into experimental group and control group with 25 rats in each group. The experimental group was given fat-load meal on the basis of quantitative breakfast, while the control group only consumed breakfast rationally. Fasting blood glucose, triglyceride (TG) and high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) levels were measured at 3 and 8h postprandial. Four erythrocyte parameters and four erythrocyte aggregation parameters were also measured. Results Compared with the fasting level, the experimental group 3 h after meal increased TG, HDL-C decreased (P <0.01). TG returned to fasting level 8 h after meal (P> 0.05), but HDL-C did not rise to fasting level (P <0.01). Compared with the fasting values, the hematocrit and 4 erythrocyte aggregation parameters in the experimental group were significantly increased at 3 and 8 h after meal (P <0.01 or P <0.05). The control group fasting, postprandial 3 and 8h no significant difference between the above indicators (P> 0.05). Conclusion After the fat load in high TG / low HDL-C hyperlipidemia, there is an increase of erythrocyte aggregation and longer duration.
