高效液相色谱法(HPLC)与经典的液相色谱法相比较,不仅具有较高的分辨率而且分析速度快且节省有机溶剂,在分析结果中既可给出原油中各烃族含量,又能在谱峰上观察到原油中芳烃族组成的变化信息。采用这种方法,键合相氰基色谱柱,以正乙烷为流动相,定量分析了原油及渣油中族组成含量。考察了本方法的准确度和重复性,并对校正因子的影响因素进行了探讨。
Compared with classical liquid chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) not only has higher resolution but also has the advantages of fast analysis speed and organic solvent saving. In the analysis results, both the hydrocarbon content in the crude oil can be given, Changes in the composition of aromatic hydrocarbons in the crude oil were observed on the peak. Using this method, phase cyanide was bonded with n-hexane as the mobile phase to quantitatively analyze the composition of the crude oil and residue. The accuracy and repeatability of this method were investigated, and the influencing factors of the correction factor were discussed.
