患者46岁。一年前发现下腹部包块约鸡卵大,并有腹胀、心悸、呼吸困难、食欲不振、乏力、睡眠差等症状。以“高血压”及“胸膜炎”对症抗结核治疗一年无好转,近3个月包块明显增大,且上述症状加重,故于1993—05—31以“卵巢肿瘤伴腹水”收入院。查体:体温36.4℃,脉搏100次/分,呼吸20次/分,血压20/13kPa。体瘦,口唇发绀,甲状腺无肿大,右肺呼吸音及语颤均减弱,腹隆起、软,肝脾(-),下腹部可触及硬化性肿物约手拳大,移动性浊音(+)。妇检:肿物位于宫体前方,活动好,有漂浮感,无压痛.B超提示:左卵巢肿瘤伴腹水,AFP The patient is 46 years old.
