目的 :观察葡甲胺 (NMG)对顺铂 (CP)染毒大鼠相关指标的影响 ,初步确定NMG预处理对CP所致大鼠肾损伤的预防作用。方法 :以不同剂量NMG预处理后给予CP ,收集染毒后 60～ 72h、 10 8～ 12 0h尿液 ,分别于染毒后 3d、 5d处死动物留取血液及肾脏 ,测定相关指标。结果 :NMG预处理可明显降低CP所致大鼠肾脏系数升高 ,抑制血尿素氮 (BUN)、尿蛋白、丙二醛 (MDA)含量升高 ,并随NMG剂量升高 ,作用越显著 ,存在一定的剂量—反应关系。结论 :NMG预处理能明显预防CP所致肾损伤。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of meglumine (NMG) on the related indicators of cisplatin (CP) -treated rats and to determine the preventive effect of NMG pretreatment on CP-induced renal injury in rats. Methods: CP was pretreated with different dosages of NMG. Urine was collected from 60 to 72 hours and from 10 to 120 hours after the administration of NMG. Blood and kidneys were sacrificed on days 3 and 5 after exposure, respectively, and the relevant indexes were determined. Results: NMG pretreatment significantly reduced the renal coefficient induced by CP, inhibited the increase of blood urea nitrogen (BUN), urine protein and malondialdehyde (MDA) in rats with the increase of NMG, There is a certain dose-response relationship. Conclusion: NMG pretreatment can prevent CP-induced renal injury.
