本文分别在室温和液氨温度下,测定了高Tc超导体YBa_2 Cu_3 O_x和YBaCu_2O_x的UV激发荧光光谱。所观察到的位于390hm左右的宽发射峰与X-光激发荧光光谱的结果相吻合。激发光谱出现了246nm、275nm和308nm三个峰,它们的相对吸收强度和温度的变化有关,初步认为这一现象可能与超导性质存在者一定的关系。
In this paper, UV excitation fluorescence spectra of YBa_2 Cu_3 O_x and YBaCu_2O_x with high Tc superconductors were measured at room temperature and liquid ammonia temperature respectively. The observed broad emission peak around 390hm agrees with the X-ray excitation fluorescence spectrum. There are three peaks at 246nm, 275nm and 308nm in the excitation spectrum, and their relative absorption intensity and temperature change are related to the preliminary conclusion that this phenomenon may have a certain relationship with the existence of superconductivity.
