在液培试验条件下,研究了7个小麦基因型吸收N、P以及N/K、P/K比的差异。结果表明,在相同钾水平下,不同小麦基因型植株含氮、磷量差异显著。在低钾或缺钾条件下7个小麦基因型间植株N/K比差异显著,P/K比差异不大。在供钾充足条件下,不同小麦基因型植株N/K、P/K比不存在显著差异。从而可以看出不同小麦基因型耐低钾及高效利用钾的能力与植株氮的吸收、氮钾平衡有关。
Under liquid culture conditions, the differences in N, P and N / K, P / K ratios of seven wheat genotypes were studied. The results showed that under the same potassium level, the nitrogen and phosphorus contents of different wheat genotypes were significantly different. There was significant difference in N / K ratio among seven wheat genotypes under low potassium or potassium deficient condition with little difference in P / K ratio. Under adequate potassium supply, N / K and P / K ratios of different wheat genotypes were not significantly different. Thus it can be seen that the ability of different wheat genotypes to tolerate low potassium and efficiently utilize potassium is related to nitrogen absorption and nitrogen and potassium balance.
