本次会议于1986年1月27～28日在莫斯科科学技术之家举行。创建了莫斯科科学技术之家金属学与热处理分部、全苏电热热处理研究所和电热学国际联盟苏维埃全国委员会。
The meeting was held in Moscow Science and Technology House from January 27 to January 28, 1986. Founded the Moscow Science and Technology House Metals and Heat Treatment Division, the Institute of Thermal Heat Treatment and the International Union of Electrothermal Thorium Soviet National Committee.
