[目的]明确40%戊唑醇悬浮剂对草莓炭疽病的防治效果,为生产及田间应用提供依据。[方法]采用含毒介质法和常规喷雾法,进行室内毒力测定和田间药效试验。[结果]浙江省4个地区的草莓炭疽病菌对戊唑醇的EC50值为0.379~0.545 mg/L,40%戊唑醇悬浮剂(60~90 g a.i./hm~2)对草莓炭疽病有较好的防效,第1次施药7 d后防效为84.8%~100%;第2次施药7 d后防效为74.7%~94%,用药12~18 d后植株恢复正常生长。[结论]40%戊唑醇悬浮剂对草莓炭疽病有较好的防效,建议推广使用。
[Objective] The research aimed to clarify the control effect of 40% tebuconazole on strawberry anthracnose and provide the basis for production and field application. [Method] Toxicity test and field efficacy test were conducted by toxic medium method and conventional spraying method. [Result] The results showed that EC50 value of anthracnose for strawberry was 0.379-0.545 mg / L in four areas of Zhejiang province, and 40-60% for tebuconazole The control effect was 84.8% -100% after 7 d of the first application, and 74.7% -94% after 7 d of the second application. The plants returned to normal growth after 12-18 d . [Conclusion] The 40% tebuconazole suspension had better control effect on strawberry anthracnose, which was recommended to be used widely.
