【答】正常人心室肌的除极,由于左束支的分叉略先于右束支,故心室除极的初期,除极波从室间隔中1/3左侧心内膜面,靠近心尖和左侧小梁肌开始,从左向右,瞬间向量指向右前方,历时约10毫秒。于30毫秒时,左右心室均在进行除极。40毫秒时,右室除极完毕。左室继续除极,心肌的除极面从左室的心内膜推向心尖,瞬间向量突出地指向左后方。60~80毫秒,剩余左室基底部的后壁、室间隔的基底部和右室游离壁的基底区仍在进行除极,其瞬间向量一般指向后上方,也可略向左或右。因此,正常右心前导联V_1呈现rS波或rSr′波;左心前导联V_5呈现qRs波或qR波形。QRS波的除极时间不应超过100毫秒。
