中华医学会福建分会第三届会员代表大会于1986年3月22～24日在福州西湖宾馆举行。出席会议的有会员代表125人,第二届理事会理事73人,各专科学会代表和地、市医学会负责人以及支兄弟学会和特邀代表37人,共235人。省委顺问委员会副主任张格心同志看望了全体代表,省政府计克良副秘书长,省科协陈庆蔚副主席及省卫生厅领导出席开幕式并讲了话。会议主要议程是:审议第二届理事会的工作报告,选举第三届理事会,并研究今后学会工作计划。通过酝酿,协商,选举了由87人组成的第三届理事会。全体理事推选张荣彩为会长,张玉龙、李温仁、吕联煌,
The 3rd member representative meeting of the Fujian Branch of the Chinese Medical Association was held at the Xihu Hotel in Fuzhou from March 22 to March 24, 1986. Attending the meeting were 125 member representatives, 73 members of the second board of directors, representatives of various special scientific associations, heads of local and municipal medical associations, and 37 academics and special representatives of 235 people. Zhang Gexin, deputy director of the Provincial Committee of the CPC Committee, visited all the delegates. Provincial Deputy Governor Ji Keliang, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Association for Science and Technology Chen Qingwei and the Provincial Health Department attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches. The main agenda of the meeting was to review the work report of the second session of the Council, to elect the third session of the Council, and to study the work plan for the future.
