为了揭示黄泛区公路路面结构早期破损严重的机理并提出合理的处治措施,有必要深入研究粉土路基支撑强度的影响因素、变化规律及对路面结构的影响程度。采用现场调查、室内试验及理论分析,研究了粉土路基含水量分布规律、路基强度衰减规律及路面结构的受力特征,并提出相应的处治措施。结果表明,黄河冲积平原区粉土路基具有强烈的毛细现象及水敏性特征,在上部雨水渗入与底部毛细水上升影响下路基含水量有显著变化,易使路基强度发生衰减,造成耐久性严重不足,并由此找出了路基强度随含水量的变化规律。针对道路重载运营条件使联合路基强度衰减而造成该地区路面结构早期破损严重的情况,对路床区进行掺灰处理获得了较好的模量搭配,有效提高了路基的支撑能力和抗变形能力,使疲劳寿命显著延长,耐久性相应提高。
In order to reveal the serious damage mechanism of pavement structure at the early stage of the flood plain and to provide reasonable measures for treatment, it is necessary to study in depth the influencing factors of the supporting strength of the silty subgrade, the changing rules and the degree of influence on pavement structure. Field investigation, laboratory test and theoretical analysis were carried out to study the distribution law of water content of silty subgrade, attenuation law of subgrade strength and stress characteristics of pavement structure, and put forward corresponding treatment measures. The results show that the silt subgrade in the alluvial plain of the Yellow River has a strong capillary phenomenon and water sensitivity characteristics. Under the influence of the upper rainwater infiltration and the bottom capillary water rise, the moisture content of the subgrade changes significantly, which makes the subgrade intensity easy to decay, resulting in serious durability Insufficient, and thus found out the subgrade strength with the variation of water content. In view of the condition of road heavy-duty operation that the strength of the combined subgrade is decayed, the pavement structure in the area is seriously damaged in the early stage. The ash-ash treatment in the roadbed area achieves better modulus matching, which effectively improves the subgrade supportability and deformation resistance Ability to significantly extend fatigue life and improve durability.
