军队政治工作管理是军队政治工作的重要内容 ,也是人民军队建设的重要方面。我军政治工作管理经历了革命战争时期、和平探索时期、改革发展新时期三个阶段 ;积累了坚持民主集中制、首长分工负责、实行群众路线、通过法规制度管理等历史经验 ;但也存在着目标确定过高过急、内容安排偏多偏杂、组织指导随意忙乱、工作方法陈旧落后等问题。当前 ,面临着管理思想现代化、管理方法科学化、管理手段自动化的现实挑战 ,必须大力加强军队政治工作管理的改革与创新。
The management of the army’s political work is an important part of the army’s political work and an important aspect of the building of the people’s army. The management of our military’s political work has gone through three stages during the revolutionary war, the period of peaceful exploration and the new stage of reform and development. We have accumulated historical experience of adhering to the system of democratic centralism, assuming the responsibility of the heads of state, practicing the mass line, and passing laws and regulations. However, Goals set too high and too urgent, the content is too much miscellaneous, organization and guidance arbitrary fuss, obsolete methods of work and other issues. At present, we must vigorously strengthen the reform and innovation in the management of political work in the armed forces, facing the real challenge of modernizing management thinking, scientifically managing the management methods and automating management means.
