一年来用皂角、蜂蜜口服,并配以其他疗法共治蛔虫性肠梗阻40余例,均取得理想疗效,无1例手术。治疗方法:(1)禁食至梗阻缓解为止;(2)皂角1～3钱研极细末,蜂蜜2～3两,将皂角末与蜂蜜混合加开水适量,频频口服,呕吐也坚持服,于1～2小时内服完;(3)肌注复方冬眠灵、阿托品、爱茂尔,针刺足三里、内关、天枢等穴;(4)服药后以手轻揉腹部;(5)呕吐重、禁食时间长、有水电平衡紊乱者行静脉输液;(6)服药后8～12小时
