本实验研制出高(1400~1600μg碘/个),中(600~800μg碘/个)、低(300~400μg碘/个)三种不同含碘量的鸡蛋。 给大鼠每公斤体重3.38mg碘的碘蛋粉,喂10天后,动物无一死亡,摄食量和对照组无差别,体重略高于对照组。人体每日服一个高剂量碘蛋三个月后,测血清T_3和T_4浓度,实验前后无明显变化,均在正常范围。临床观察97名(糖尿病38例,高胆固醇血症49例,高血压10例)患者长达63~90天,均末发现不良副作用。 38例糖尿病人每日服1个高剂量碘蛋,治疗三个疗程(每个疗程21天)后的结果是:第一疗程血糖下降40.9mg%(P<0.01),第二疗程32.5mg%(P<0.01),第三疗程48.9mg%(P<0.01)。尿糖下降也非常显著。49例高胆固醇血症患者经过三个月的治疗后,血清总胆固醇第一个月下降19.0mg%(P<0.05),第二个月14.0mg%(P<0.05),第三个月21.0mg%(P<0.05)。同时观察10例高血压患者,共二个月,收缩压第一个月下降15.3mmHg(P<0.05),第二个月15.9 mmHg(P<0.05)。舒张压第一个月下降8.7mmHg(P<0.05),第二个月略有回升。
The experiment developed high (1400 ~ 1600μg iodine / one), medium (600 ~ 800μg iodine / one), low (300 ~ 400μg iodine / one) three different iodine content of eggs. Declining urine is also very significant. In the 49 patients with hypercholesterolemia, the serum total cholesterol decreased by 19.0 mg% (P <0.05) in the first month, 14.0 mg% in the second month (P <0.05) and 21.0 mg% (P <0.05). At the same time, 10 patients with hypertension were observed for two months. Systolic blood pressure decreased 15.3 mmHg in the first month (P <0.05) and 15.9 mmHg in the second month (P <0.05). Diastolic blood pressure decreased by 8.7mmHg in the first month (P <0.05), and slightly increased in the second month.
