对堇青石负载涂层式V2O5-WO3-TiO_2催化剂的4种制备方法,即一步不添加黏结剂浆液浸渍法、添加黏结剂浆液浸渍法、分步溶胶凝胶法、分步浆液浸渍法进行了比较。利用氮气物理吸附-脱附法、扫描电镜、X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱等手段对催化剂的物化特性进行了表征。综合考虑制备的简易性、脱硝活性和机械稳定性,认为一步添加黏结剂浆液浸渍法最适合涂层式柴油机尾气脱硝催化剂的规模化生产。
