目的用分子印迹技术制备以齐拉西酮为模板分子的分子印迹聚合物(MIP),并检测齐拉西酮在体内的含量。方法以齐拉西酮为模板分子、甲基丙烯酸为功能单体、乙二醇甲基丙烯酸乙酯为交联剂,按模板分子-功能单体(1:4)制备齐拉西酮-甲基丙烯酸MIP。在底物为齐拉西酮溶液中放入MIP,于25℃中震荡12 h后,取上清液检测吸光度,计算相应吸附量。结果齐拉西酮-甲基丙烯酸MIP对齐拉西酮溶液有一定的特异性吸附。结论齐拉西酮-甲基丙烯酸MIP可以检测齐拉西酮的含量。
OBJECTIVE To prepare molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) using ziprasidone as template by molecular imprinting technique and to detect the content of ziprasidone in vivo. Methods Ziprasidone - A (1: 4) was prepared with ziprasidone as a template molecule, methacrylic acid as a functional monomer and ethylene glycol ethyl methacrylate as a crosslinker Acrylic MIP. In the substrate ziprasidone solution into the MIP, at 25 ℃ after shaking 12 h, the supernatant was taken to measure the absorbance, calculate the corresponding amount of adsorption. Results Ziprasidone-methacrylic acid MIP had some specific adsorption to ziprasidone solution. Conclusion ziprasidone-methacrylic acid MIP can detect ziprasidone content.
