为方便客户查询、办理业务,山东移动推出二十项服务举措便民。经第三方测试,山东移动客户满意度和热线服务整体满意度均列全国第一位。山东移动大力推进电子渠道建设,建立起涵盖10086热线、为网站营业厅、短信营业厅和掌上营业厅及自助终端等立体化电子服务渠道,让客户足不出户办业务。据了解,目前山东移动电子渠道受理业务月均3.3亿笔,并承担了99%以上的查询类服务。
In order to facilitate customer inquiries, for business, Shandong Mobile launched 20 service initiatives convenient.
