本文首先介绍了国外有关语言能力的理论研究,然后介绍了基于目标分类学的语言能力框架,接着依据该框架对我国建国以来所颁布的几个大学英语课程大纲/要求进行了分析,并据此从社会认知的视角提出了一个集认知能力(语言知识)、功能能力(语言技能)、策略能力(学习策略)和社会能力(思辨能力等)于一体的大学英语语言能力框架,并对框架的内涵进行了描述。
This paper first introduces the theoretical research on language ability in foreign countries, then introduces the language competence framework based on taxonomic study, and then analyzes several university English curriculum syllabus / requirements promulgated since the founding of our country based on this framework From the perspective of social cognition, I put forward a framework of college English language competence that integrates cognitive ability (language knowledge), functional ability (language skills), strategic competence (learning strategy) and social ability (speculative ability, etc.) The connotation of the framework is described.
