目的:利用超高效液相色谱-飞行时间质谱(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS)对白芍水提物中的化学成分进行分析和鉴定。方法:色谱条件:色谱柱:Waters ACQUITY~(TM) BEH C_(18)(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm),流动相为0.1%甲酸水溶液(A)-甲醇(B),梯度洗脱,流速0.4 m L/min,柱温30℃,进样量5μL。质谱条件:AB Sciex Triple TOF 5600质谱仪,ESI离子源,正、负离子模式扫描。结果:通过分析正、负离子质谱信息及元素组成,并结合相关文献,共鉴定出69个化学成分。结论:通过UPLC-Q-TOF-MS技术,为鉴定白芍建立了一种快速、高效的分析方法。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze and identify the chemical constituents of watery extracts from Radix Paeoniae Alba by ultra performance liquid chromatography-time of flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-Q-TOF-MS). METHODS: The chromatographic conditions were as follows: column: Waters ACQUITY ™ BEH C 18 with a mobile phase of 0.1% formic acid in water (B), gradient elution, Flow rate 0.4 m L / min, column temperature 30 ℃, injection volume 5μL. MS Conditions: AB Sciex Triple TOF 5600 mass spectrometer, ESI source, positive and negative ion mode scanning. Results: Through the analysis of positive and negative ion mass spectrometry information and elemental composition, combined with the relevant literature, a total of 69 chemical constituents were identified. Conclusion: A rapid and efficient method for the determination of Radix Paeoniae Alba was established by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS.
