I. INTRODUCTION Decontamination and reuse of radioactively contaminated materials is a major issue in the decommissioning of nuclear facilities. All countries in the world attach great importance to this work and have devoted a great deal of manpower and resources to decontamination methods. Here is a quick, safe and effective method of surface decontamination - Freon -113 (F-113) decontamination method. F-113 Basic Principles of Decontamination The F-113 flies quickly and continuously over contaminated surfaces in a closed loop system, cleaning stained surfaces by mechanical and chemical processes. The decontamination cycle combines decontamination, solvent decontamination, and solvent recycling
