云南电网公司信息中心战略实施(创先)方案中明确了信息中心“三个主体”的定位,信息化需求作为贯穿信息化项目建设、运行维护、客户服务的任务主线,如何协助信息部及业务部门做好需求的管控,是信息中心履行好信息化服务职责的重要工作。针对公司目前需求管理分散的现状,信息中心通过认真思考和积极探索,提出了全新的统一需求管理模式,有效整合目前分散的需求管理流程,促进需求信息的共享与协同,实现需求收集、汇总、分析、审核、审批、实施、发布、验证、反馈的全过程高效流转及闭环管理。
