通过粉末冶金的方法制备了一种新型钛基复合材料,研究了其成分及烧结温度对力学性能的影响。结果表明,加入Nb2O5后,钛基复合材料的屈服强度得到显著提高,弹性模量有一定程度降低。
A new type of titanium matrix composites was prepared by powder metallurgy. The effects of composition and sintering temperature on the mechanical properties were studied. The results show that after addition of Nb2O5, the yield strength of Ti-based composites is significantly increased and the elastic modulus is reduced to a certain extent.
