热休克蛋白(heatshockproteins,HSPs)是一组高度保守的肽类蛋白质,主要作为分子伴侣参与蛋白质的合成、折叠、积聚、装配、运输和降解。HSPs广泛存在于人、动物、微生物、植物等各个物种的细胞内,生理条件下占细胞内蛋白质总量的2%~5%。近年来,HSPs与肿瘤的关系备受关注,已证实胃癌的发病与HSPs关系密切。本文就HSPs在肿瘤中的表达、免疫作用及其在胃癌诊断、治疗等方面的研究进展作一综述。
Heat shock proteins (HSPs) are a group of highly conserved peptide proteins that are mainly involved in the synthesis, folding, accumulation, assembly, transport and degradation of proteins as chaperones. HSPs are widely found in the cells of various species such as humans, animals, microorganisms and plants, and account for 2% -5% of the total intracellular proteins under physiological conditions. In recent years, the relationship between HSPs and tumors has drawn much attention and it has been confirmed that the incidence of gastric cancer is closely related to HSPs. In this paper, the expression of HSPs in tumors, immune function and its progress in the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer are reviewed.
