1991年7月,23岁的李金友从北京煤炭工业学校毕业,带着年轻人的激情和对生活的渴望,来到杨坨煤矿。他知道煤矿需要有专业技术的人,做好了吃苦的准备。正当他憋足了劲想大干一场时,矿上连续发生了两起死亡事故。一起分配来的20多名学生人心思动,几个月以后,大部分离开了矿山。而李金友却留了下来,而且递交了入党申请书。6年过去了,经过艰苦生活的干锤百炼,他逐步由实习生、技术员成长为目前全矿最年轻的一位段长。1996年,他被评为北京矿务局优秀共产党员“十杰”。 July 1991, 23-year-old Li Jinyou graduated from Beijing Coal Industry School, with young people’s passion and desire for life came to Yang Tuo coal mine.
