元认知是个体关于自己的认知过程的知识和调节这些过程的能力,在高中英语教学中发挥着至关重要的作用,帮助学生提高英语阅读学习的能力,促使学生学会制定学习目标和完成学习任务,学会对认知过程进行评价,反馈认知活动的结果与不足,对认知活动结果的及时检查和修正。本文主要通过分析元认知策略在高中英语阅读教学应用中存在的问题,探讨提高高中英语阅读教学中元认知策略的应用效率的措施,旨在为高中英语教学提供参考。
Metacognition is the individual’s knowledge of their own cognitive process and the ability to regulate these processes. Metacognition plays a crucial role in high school English teaching and helps students to improve their reading comprehension and encourage students to learn to set learning goals and accomplish Learning tasks, learn to evaluate the cognitive process, feedback the results of cognitive activities and deficiencies, timely detection and correction of cognitive activity results. This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the application of metacognitive strategies in high school English reading teaching and probes into the measures to improve the application efficiency of metacognitive strategies in high school English reading teaching so as to provide a reference for high school English teaching.
