血清胆固醇浓度的升高,将增加患者冠状动脉疾病的危险。近年来,中药用作降脂的药物受到广泛重视。曾报道黄连解毒汤(OGT)能降低血清胆固醇的浓度,降低大鼠肝中极低密度脂蛋白的浓度。已知肝脏脂酰辅酶A-胆固醇酰基转移酶(ACAT)的活性在保持胆固醇的稳态方面起主导作用,是决定血清胆固醇浓度高低的因素之一。本实验用HepG2细胞探讨了OGT对脂质代谢的直接药理作用,尤其是胆固醇代谢与ACAT活性的关系。
Elevated serum cholesterol levels will increase the risk of coronary artery disease in patients. In recent years, Chinese medicine has been widely used as a lipid-lowering medicine. It has been reported that Huang Lian Jie Du Tang (OGT) can reduce the concentration of serum cholesterol and reduce the concentration of very low density lipoprotein in the liver of rats. It is known that the activity of fatty acyl-CoA-cholesterol acyltransferase (ACAT) in the liver plays a major role in maintaining cholesterol homeostasis and is one of the factors determining the concentration of serum cholesterol. This experiment used HepG2 cells to explore the direct pharmacological effects of OGT on lipid metabolism, especially the relationship between cholesterol metabolism and ACAT activity.
