某选鑛厂通过鑛石性质、细磨、精选等试验,并对原有流程进行了研究分析后,发现和解决了以往长期存在的精鑛品位与选鑛回收率之间的矛盾。根据原鑛石性质与国家指标的要求,正确地选择了新的流程;(?)当地决定了选别阶段数目和循环数目;找出了合理处理中鑛的方法。过去该厂在相当长的时期内完不成国家的回收率计划,但自改变流程以后,选鑛回收率显著地提高了并超额完成了生产任务。通过这一事实说明了正确选择选鑛流程的重要意义,并且也充分说明了加强试验研究工作、进一步发挥其指导生产与改进生产的作用,是不断提高生产率超额和提前完成计划的一项最有效的措施。他们的经验,值得各厂参考。
