通过对某600 MW超临界锅炉末级过热器的爆管进行综合分析,确定爆管属于超临界锅炉管道短时超温爆管。锅炉管壁严重氧化和大量脱落造成堵塞,是锅炉爆管的主要原因。为此提出了一些有效的防范措施,包括严禁锅炉超温运行,加强水质管理以及及时冲洗沉积的氧化皮等,并增加锅炉过热器管壁测点,尽可能全面地反映管壁温度状况。采用这些措施后锅炉的运行状况良好。
Through a comprehensive analysis on the explosion of a superheater of a 600 MW supercritical boiler, it is determined that the explosion pipe is a short-term over-temperature explosion pipe belonging to the supercritical boiler pipe. Serious oxidation of the boiler tube wall and a large number of off caused by blockage, the boiler is the main reason pipe burst. Some effective precautionary measures are put forward, including prohibiting over-temperature operation of boilers, strengthening water quality management and timely washing of deposited oxide scales, increasing the measuring points of boiler superheater tubes, and reflecting the temperature of pipe wall as comprehensively as possible. The boiler is operating well with these measures.
