本文以液压伐体铸件为例,用正交试验和测湿法研究了压边冒口长、宽、高及压边缝隙大小对补缩的影响。指出压边冒口停止补缩是由于压边缝隙的截死,可以通过压边缝隙的自适应性调节作用控制补缩时间和程度。压边缝隙的长度是压边冒口设计最重要的工艺参数。推荐用模数法确定伐体压边冒口尺寸。以M_(冒口)=(O.9~1.08)M_(铸件)进行试验。压边冒口的位置以在长边的“一半的一半”为好。
In this paper, hydraulic cutting casting as an example, using orthogonal test and measuring wet method to study the length, width and height of the blank holder riser and blank holder gap size on the shrinkage. It is pointed out that the crimping of riser to stop the shrinkage is due to the crimping of the crimping gap. The time and degree of the crimping can be controlled through the adaptive adjustment of the crimping gap. The length of the crimping gap is the most important process parameter of the crimping riser design. It is recommended to determine the cutting edge pressure riser riser size by modulus method. M_ (riser) = (O.9 ~ 1.08) M_ (casting) to test. The location of the crimping riser is better than half the length of the long edge.
