本文对β-Zn_4Sb_3和β-(Zn_(0.85)Ga_(0.15))_4Sb_3的高温(300-670K)热电性能进行了测量,结果充分表明合适量的Ga替代Zn(比如x=0.15),可以优化β-Zn_4Sb_3的高温热电性能。
In this paper, thermoelectric properties of high-temperature (300-670K) β-Zn_4Sb_3 and β- (Zn_ (0.85) Ga_ (0.15)) _4Sb_3 were measured and the results showed that a suitable amount of Ga instead of Zn (such as x = 0.15) β-Zn_4Sb_3 High Temperature Thermoelectric Properties.
