听神经病患儿康复教学方法试探

目的通过对近3年来在本机构康复的10例听神经病患儿进行跟踪观察,来定性地说明通过多途径感官刺激让听神经病患儿进行康复训练能更有效地提高听神经病患儿的听觉能力水平及语言发展水平。方法通过多感官刺激,综合传统的康复训练方法 ,对患儿进行康复教学,并对患者进行动态跟踪,定期进行听觉能力及语言能力方面评估、家长问卷调查等,综合分析患儿的听觉语言能力发展情况。结果 10名听神经病患儿经过早期的干预及及时的康复训练,听觉语言能力都有不同程度的提高。其中一名患儿4岁,平均言语最大识别率可达91%,语言能力水平可达到3岁,3例患儿在听觉识别方面进步缓慢,在语言能力方面略有提高。其余患儿经过一年及以上的康复训练,听觉语言能力均有不同程度的提高。结论通过多感官刺激、综合传统的康复训练方法能让患儿的听觉语言能力发展水平得到有效的提高。 OBJECTIVE: To track the auditory neuropathies of 10 children with rehabilitation of this institution in recent 3 years to qualitatively demonstrate that the hearing ability of children with auditory neuropathy can be more effectively improved through multi-channel sensory stimulation in children with auditory neuropathy Level and level of language development. Results 10 children with auditory neuropathy after early intervention and timely rehabilitation training, hearing and speech abilities have varying degrees of improvement. One of the children, aged 4 years, had the highest average speech recognition rate of 91% and language proficiency up to 3 years old. Three children had slow progress in auditory recognition and slightly improved language skills. The remaining children after one year and above rehabilitation training, auditory and language skills have improved in varying degrees. Conclusions Multi-sensory stimulation, combined with traditional methods of rehabilitation training, can effectively improve the level of development of auditory and speech skills in children.
