目的探讨消化道肿瘤患者术前采用医用食品营养支持对住院天数和住院费用的影响。方法选取2010年1月-2011年1月消化道肿瘤术前患者120名随机分为两组,观察组术前7d应用医用食品对消化道肿瘤患者进行营养支持,术后采用序贯性营养支持法;对照组术前给予常规饮食,术后与试验组采用相同的序贯性营养支持法。结果观察组平均总住院时间、平均术后住院时间小于对照组,且两组间差异有统计学差异(P<0.05),试验组平均总住院费用、平均营养支持费用小于对照组,且两组间差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论术前对消化道肿瘤患者应用医用食品进行营养支持,可以减少患者的平均住院时间,降低患者的平均住院费用。
Objective To investigate the influence of medical nutrition support on the days of hospitalization and hospitalization before operation in patients with gastrointestinal cancer. Methods One hundred and twenty preoperative patients with digestive tract tumors from January 2010 to January 2011 were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the observation group were treated with medical food 7 days before operation, and nutritional support was given to patients with gastrointestinal cancer after operation. Results The average total hospital stay and the average postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The average total cost of hospitalization and mean nutritional support in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Preoperative nutritional support for patients with gastrointestinal cancer using medical food can reduce the average length of stay of patients and reduce the average cost of hospitalization.
