针对室内游离甲醛的释放,以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯为主要单体,以偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,通过引入氨基,采用自由基溶液聚合法和半连续滴加的方式合成出具有除甲醛功能的水性丙烯酸树脂.通过对树脂合成及树脂去除甲醛原理、树脂红外谱图、热失重等进行分析,考察了氨基单体质量分数、引发剂的种类及质量分数、单体的滴加时间、反应温度、中和剂的种类及中和度等对树脂性能的影响.结果表明,丙烯酰胺质量分数为20%、AIBN质量分数为1%、滴加时间为2.5h、反应温度为85℃、中和度为100%时,得到的树脂甲醛净化率达到71%,并且有较好的涂膜性能.“,”Aiming to solve the release problem of indoor free formaldehyde,a waterborne acrylic resin with function of removing formaldehyde is prepared through the free radical solution polymerization method and semi-continuous dropping manner by using methyl methacrylate and butyl acrylate as main monomers,taking azo isobutyronitrile (AIBN) as an initiator and adding amino group.The effects of the mass concentration of amino monomer,the type and dosage of initiator,the dropping time for monomers,reaction temperature,kinds of neutralizer and neutralization degree on the properties of the prepared resin are investigated in detail by analyzing the principle of resin synthesis,and the mechanism for resin to remove formaldehyde,the infrared spectra of prepared resin and thermogravimetric curves.The results indicate that the prepared waterborne acrylic resin can achieve a 71% purification rate against formaldehyde and also exhibits better coating performance when the mass fraction of acrylamide is 20%,that of AIBN is 1%,the dropping time lasts for 2.5 h,reaction temperature is at 85℃ and the neutralization degree is 100%.
