通过盆栽试验,研究不同奶牛粪与化肥配施对菊苣土壤肥力的影响。结果表明,配施奶牛粪后,土壤有机质增幅为92.8%~128.6%,全氮增幅为94.6%~172.1%,全磷增幅为41.5%~73.5%,碱解氮增幅为47%~88%,有效磷平均增幅大于7倍,脲酶活性增幅为0~238%,蔗糖酶活性增幅为81.8%~188%。其中有机质、全氮、脲酶和蔗糖酶活性以“粪7肥3”处理的增幅最高;全磷和有效磷含量以“粪3肥7”处理的增幅最佳。配施奶牛粪后,土壤肥力得以保持和改善,为后续的菊苣生产提供了较好的土壤条件。
Pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of different dairy manure and chemical fertilizers on the soil fertility of chicory. The results showed that with the application of dairy manure, soil organic matter increased by 92.8% ~ 128.6%, total nitrogen increased by 94.6% ~ 172.1%, total phosphorus increased by 41.5% ~ 73.5%, and increased by 47% ~ 88% The average increase of available phosphorus was more than 7 times, the increase of urease activity was 0 ~ 238%, and the increase of invertase activity was 81.8% ~ 188%. Among them, the activities of organic matter, total nitrogen, urease and sucrase were the highest in “Manure 7” and “Manure 3” respectively. With cow dung, soil fertility was maintained and improved, which provided better soil conditions for subsequent chicory production.
