目的 :用KEY-PONT型肌电图诱发电位仪记录神经和肌肉的生物电活动,对其波形进行监测分析,可以了解神经、肌肉的功能状态,协助对运动神经元或肌肉疾病的诊断。方法 :通过肌电图诱发电位对颈椎病(CSM)与肌萎缩侧索硬化症(ALS)进行体感诱发电位、大脑认知事件相关电位等进行检验。结果 :KEY-PONT型肌电图诱发电位仪对监测神经传导检测人体的神经、肌肉功能,及应用于CSM、ALS监测、诊断有很好的应用价值。结论:KEY-PONT型肌电图诱发电位仪在临床上逐渐应用,提高了临床应用价值,在神经内科、神经外科、骨科、小儿科、康复科、以及法医鉴定等领域有着广泛的应用前景,并在治疗中有重要指导作用。
OBJECTIVE: To record the bioelectric activity of nerves and muscles with the KEY-PONT EMG potentiometer and to monitor and analyze its waveforms so as to understand the functional status of nerves and muscles and assist in the diagnosis of motor neurons or muscle diseases. Methods: Somatosensory evoked potentials (CSES) and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) were measured by electromyogram evoked potentials (EMGs) and the cognitive potential of brain. Results: The KEY-PONT EMG potentiometer has a good application value for monitoring the nerve conduction and detecting the nerve and muscle function of the human body and for monitoring and diagnosing the CSM and ALS. Conclusions: The KEY-PONT EMG potentiometer has been gradually applied clinically, which has raised the clinical value and has wide application prospects in the fields of neurology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, pediatrics, rehabilitation and forensic science.
