为了提高銅精矿的质量,減少冶煉过程中燃料的消耗及各种原材料的运輸量,并相应的提高冶煉能力和回收率,我矿最近在銅陵市委与銅矿党委的直接領导下經过一周的小型試驗,并在現場~#_1、系統进行工業生产。結果証明:銅精矿品位可以由計划的9.5%提高至15%以上,而对回收率并無多大影响,今分述如下。小型試驗部分为在現有回收率基础上,进一步將銅精矿品位提高到15~20%,在小型試驗范圍內进行了:第一次精选添加抑制剂、增加精选次数和充气試驗。試驗結果表明:
