嘉应大学生物系沙田柚保鲜科研组负责攻关梅州市科委下达的“沙田柚无毒保鲜剂研究及应用”重点科技项目。经1991年至1993年的研究及应用,已达到项目技术经济指标要求,研制出“嘉大Ⅰ号”无毒保鲜剂及其保鲜新技术。并于93年6月通过专家鉴定。经广东省科学技术情报研究所检索中心检索结果证明:“嘉大Ⅰ号”保鲜剂填补了国内柚果保鲜的空白,技术达到国内先进水平。此项技术应用前景广阔,会带来较好的经济效益和社会效益。
Jiaying University Department of Biology Shatian pomelo preservation scientific research team responsible for tackling the Meizhou City Science and Technology Commission issued “Shatianyou non-toxic preservative research and application of” key science and technology projects. After 1991-1993 years of research and application, has reached the technical and economic indicators of the project requirements, developed “Jia Da Ⅰ” non-toxic preservatives and preservation of new technologies. And in June 1993 passed the expert appraisal. The Guangdong Provincial Institute of Science and Technology Information Retrieval Center results show that: “Jia Da Ⅰ” preservative to fill the gaps in fresh pomelo, technology has reached the advanced level. This technology has broad prospects for application, will bring better economic and social benefits.
