中国有句古话:贞下起元。贞,就是坚守。元,就是新的开端。中国纪录片坚守了许多年,终于迎来“贞下起元”的时候:回眸2013,好事连连;展望2014,一阳来复。国家政策的推手作用作为文化产业中重要组成部分的纪录片创作,它的发展除了与技术进步、美学思潮等元素息息相关外,与一个国家层面的政策扶持密不可分。不管是产业倒逼还是国家层面的自觉,2010年10月以来,来自纪录片主管部门的利好政策一波接着一波,国家层面的政策推手作用继续显现,创作环境进一步优化。
