１资料与方法１．１一般资料病例选择１９９８年以来住院患者５８例,经ＣＴ证实脑梗塞。随机分为两组,治疗组男１８例,女１０例,平均年龄６３岁。假性球麻痹２０例,真性球麻痹８例。对照组男２０例,女１０例,平均年龄６０岁。假性球麻痹２１例,真性球麻痹９例。两组病情结构类?
