目的:观察持续逆行灌注冷血停搏液对心肌的保护作用。方法:在心脏停搏后以55~70cm高度的落差经冠状静脉窦逆行持续灌注低钾冷血停搏液,流量在40~60ml/min。结果:持续逆灌组血中CPK及CPK-MB的含量在心脏停搏及复灌期间皆明显低于间断灌注组,术后心律失常发生率低,复灌后心输出量明显高于术前测值。结论:持续逆行灌注冷血停搏液具有更好的心肌保护作用。
Objective: To observe the protective effects of continuous retrograde perfusion of cold blood cardioplegia on myocardium.
