采用ANSYS软件对CRH3型动车组用V型橡胶减振器动态特性进行有限元分析,并对相同硬度下不同橡胶材料的V型橡胶减振器的动刚度、损耗因子有限元计算值与试验值进行了对比分析。结果表明,采用Mooney-Rivlin超弹模型和Prony粘弹模型分析V型橡胶减振器动态特性与实际试验结果十分吻合;额定承载条件下V型橡胶减振器动静刚度比取决于橡胶材料在额定载荷下对应应变下的切线模量和静态模量之比。
The finite element analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the V-type rubber shock absorber used for the CRH3-type EMUs was carried out by ANSYS software.
