整机电子产品的安全指标较多,目前依据的标准为国标GB8898,主要进行抗电强度、绝缘电阻、安全振动等项目的实验.抗电强度在国标GB8898中规定:Ⅰ类电子产品(指有基本绝缘保护接地的产品)其抗电可是度应达到1500V,绝缘电阻≥2MΩ;Ⅱ类电子产品(指有基本绝缘加加强绝缘或为双重绝缘的产品)其抗电强度为3000V,绝缘电阻≥4MΩ,漏电流≤0.7mA(峰值).下面,我们通过电子产品的失效分析来引导其安全性的设计,侧重于抗电、绝缘电阻、安全振动等方面,以及它们之间的关系.
There are many safety indicators for the electronic products of the whole machine. The standard currently adopted is the national standard GB8898, which mainly conducts experiments on items such as electric strength, insulation resistance, and safety vibration. The electric strength is specified in the national standard GB8898: Class I electronic products (refer to Basic insulation protective grounding products) its resistance to electricity should reach 1500V, insulation resistance ≥ 2MΩ; Class II electronic products (refer to the basic insulation plus reinforced insulation or double insulation products) its anti-electric strength 3000V, insulation resistance ≥ 4MΩ, leakage current ≤ 0.7mA (peak). Next, we guide the design of its safety through the failure analysis of electronic products, focusing on the aspects of electrical resistance, insulation resistance, safety vibration, etc., and the relationship between them.
