本文基于2000—2011年中国24家火电上市公司的面板数据,利用数据包络分析方法测算各自技术效率,进而基于Tobit模型对影响火电上市公司技术效率的因素进行了实证分析。研究结果表明,火电上市公司技术效率呈逐年上升趋势且均值为0.869,提升余地较大。东部、西部地区火电企业的技术效率明显高于中部地区企业,而从2008年开始,西部地区火电企业的技术效率明显高于东部地区企业。合资火电上市公司的技术效率普遍高于内资企业。煤价和电价分别与火电上市公司技术效率呈现不显著的正向和负向关系;规制改革提升了火电上市公司的技术效率;上市年限对企业技术效率具有明显的正向影响。
Based on the panel data of 24 Chinese thermal power listed companies from 2000 to 2011, this paper uses data envelopment analysis to calculate their own technical efficiency. Then based on the Tobit model, this paper empirically analyzes the factors that affect the technical efficiency of listed thermal power companies. The results show that the technical efficiency of thermal power companies listed on the rise year by year with a mean of 0.869, room for improvement. The technical efficiency of the thermal power enterprises in the eastern and western regions is obviously higher than that of the central regions. From 2008, the technical efficiency of the thermal power enterprises in the western region is obviously higher than that of the eastern regions. The technical efficiency of joint ventures listed thermal power companies are generally higher than domestic-funded enterprises. The coal price and electricity price respectively have no significant positive and negative relations with the technical efficiency of thermal power listed companies; the regulatory reform has raised the technical efficiency of thermal power listed companies; and the listing years have a clear positive impact on the technical efficiency of enterprises.
