本文报告消化性溃疡并霉菌感染22例,16例胃溃疡内镜观察全部误诊为恶性溃疡及可疑胃癌。本文并对该病的临床特征、内镜误诊原因等问题予以讨论。 This article reports 22 cases of peptic ulcer and fungal infection, 16 cases of endoscopic gastric ulcer were misdiagnosed as malignant ulcers and suspicious gastric cancer. This article also discusses the clinical features of the disease, the causes of endoscopic misdiagnosis and other issues.
