我院自1989～1992年8月,施行耻骨上前列腺摘除术24例,取得满意止血效果,现报告如下: 一般资料本组病例年龄53～80岁,平均年龄68.2岁。病程最长者16年,最短者1年。24例中有20例因急性尿潴留入院,4例进行性排尿困难。术前有20例经尿道留置导尿管引流。20例有肉眼血尿,其余4例有显微镜下血尿。并发高血压者6例,肾功能受损者3例,并发膀胱结石者4例。2例为经尿道电切后再发尿潴留。3例病理诊断前列腺癌。1例为膀胱切开取石术后,再发膀胱结石并排尿困难。

Complications of hypertension in 6 cases, impaired renal function in 3 cases, complicated with bladder stones in 4 cases. 2 cases of transurethral resection and then urinary retention. 3 cases of pathological diagnosis of prostate cancer. 1 case of bladder incision lithotomy, recurrence of bladder stones and dysuria.
