目的:探讨不同灭菌方法对白芷及保济丸中欧前胡素含量的影响。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定不同灭菌方法(微波灭菌-A法、微波灭菌-B法、加湿微波灭菌-A法、加湿微波灭菌-B法、湿热蒸汽灭菌法以及钴-60灭菌法处理)和未灭菌处理的保济丸及白芷中欧前胡素的含量。结果:该试验建立的含量测定方法精密度、稳定性和重复性良好。采用加湿微波灭菌-A法处理后的白芷和保济丸中欧前胡素含量较其他灭菌方法高。结论:采用加湿微波灭菌-A法可保存白芷及保济丸中欧前胡素的含量。
Objective: To investigate the effect of different sterilization methods on the content of imperatorin in Angelica dahurica and Bauhinia pills. Methods: Different sterilization methods (microwave sterilization-A method, microwave sterilization-B method, humidification microwave sterilization-A method, humidification microwave sterilization-B method, humid-steam sterilization method and Cobalt -60 sterilization treatment) and non-sterile treatment Baoji Pill and Angelica in the pre-imperatorin content. Results: The assay established in this experiment has good precision, stability and repeatability. Angelica and Baoyi pills treated with humidified microwave sterilization-A method have higher content of imperatorin than other sterilization methods. Conclusion: Humoral microwave sterilization-A method can be used to save the Angelica and Baoji pills mid-imperatorin content.
