为了研究新的铺装材料以改善当前我国钢桥桥面铺装现状,文章选择AC-13C和SMA-13两种级配、高强和SBS两种沥青组成4种沥青混合料,在详细对比分析沥青指标的基础上对混合料进行全面室内路用性能评价,将性能最优的高强沥青混合料应用于实体工程以检验实际使用效果,并与我国常用铺装材料进行经济比较分析。研究结果表明,高强混合料高温抗车辙性能较为突出,同时具有优良的低温抗裂性、水稳性能和力学性能;沥青胶结料的车辙因子是影响混合料高温性能的重要因素;应用高强沥青混合料的实体工程也表现出良好的使用性能;经济分析结果表明,高强沥青混合料相对我国常用几种铺装材料具有很大价格优势。因此,高强沥青混凝土是一种经济可靠的钢桥桥面铺装材料,具有很好的应用前景。
In order to study the new pavement materials to improve the current status of steel bridge deck pavement in our country, four kinds of asphalt mixtures, AC-13C and SMA-13 two kinds of gradation, high strength and SBS are selected, Asphalt index on the basis of comprehensive evaluation of indoor road performance, the best performance of high-strength asphalt mixture applied to the physical engineering to test the actual effect, and with our common pavement materials for economic comparative analysis. The results show that the high-temperature high-strength anti-rutting performance of the mixture is more prominent, as well as excellent low temperature crack resistance, water stability and mechanical properties; Rutting factor of asphalt binder is an important factor affecting the high temperature performance of the mixture; The physical engineering of the material also shows good performance. The economic analysis shows that the high-strength asphalt mixture has a great price advantage compared with several paving materials commonly used in our country. Therefore, high-strength asphalt concrete is an economical and reliable steel bridge deck pavement materials, with good application prospects.
