马克思主义唯物辩证法的对立统一规律为 刑事辩护制度化打下了坚实的基础，使刑事辩护制度步入理性化时代。刑事诉讼中最根本、 最显著的矛盾便是控诉与辩护的矛盾，控诉与辩护二者既对立又统一，共同维护了司法的准 确、严明。刑事辩护制度将在对立统一规律的指导下进一步走向成熟和完善。
The law of unity and opposition of Marxist materialist dialectics laid a solid foundation for the institutionalization of criminal defense and made the criminal defense system into an era of rationalization. The most fundamental and most prominent contradiction in criminal proceedings is the contradiction between complaint and defense. Both the prosecution and the defense are both antithetical and unified, and jointly safeguard the accuracy and strictness of the judicial system. Under the guidance of the law of unity of opposites, the criminal defense system will further mature and improve.
